This engaging session combines education, animal welfare and fun, giving children the opportunity to ask questions, learn from a ranger and enjoy a memorable farm experience as part of Falkirk Science Festival 2026. Enjoy the following fun activities:

• Hand‑feeding Clydesdale horses.

• Hand‑feeding the Shetland ponies.

• Throwing food into the troughs for the cows.

• Visiting the alpacas, goats, sheep and pigs.

• Exploring the indoor barns, with possible ferret petting (depending on whether they’re awake!)

• Seeing our birds, ducks, chickens and turkeys.

• Feeding the deer, if they come close for a visit.

• A special visit to see our baby lambs.
