Kate uses traditional stained-glass paint and silver staining techniques and layers the glass to create a rich depth of colour and texture, a technique she is developing to make more sculptural free standing glass work. She teaches classes in stained glass from her workshop in East Lothian and works to commission on panels for private and public buildings across Scotland.
