I come from a background of working in a range of craft disciplines, and education. My primary love however is clay, and for the last 14 years I’ve worked in ceramics from my studio in Somerset. Here I make small scale hand-built sculptures and ceramic pieces which I sell through galleries across the country, in exhibitions and direct.

My ceramics are inspired by the natural world around me, in combination with wanderings into mythology, folklore, fantasy and symbolism. Using a variety of clay bodies, my sculptural works explore form and surface texture, I strive for them to convey character and their own narrative.
